I'm currently stuck on p.13. What should I be looking for?
EDIT: I think I got the medicine and Statement of Mentality down, but I'm not sure where to find the numbers for the HRF code.
The random disjointed grid of letters in the middle of the page make a table, you'll have to find a key for, for the HRF look to the "license" and for the SoM look for the "Patient Name" and "Institution". Good luck :)

Now, where do I find the Statement of Mentality for the last file?
The testaments and records you have to alter the title of are not the Work Files it is another application. Change the title to Wicker's First name.
